When will my order be shipped?

Orders are usually processed and shipped the day after purchase. Depending on where you are located, shipping times are around 1-3 days but can sometimes take a little longer. Lead times can differ during holiday periods and large sale promotions. Lead times during holiday periods and large sale promotions can be longer than our standard shipping terms.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is flat rate of $13.50 regardless of the size of your order.

Will my order have tracking?

All orders come with tracking and will be sent to you once shipped.

Will I need to sign for my delivery?

No signature is required for deliveries.

Do I need to be home for delivery?

You do not need to be home to accept delivery. If no one is home to accept delivery, your order will be left in a safe place. If the courier thinks that there is no safe spot then a card will be left for collection at your local post office.

Do I need to pay import fees or duties?

Your order is shipped from within Australia. As your order is shipped locally, there are no import fees or duties payable.

Where is my order?

If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days then contact us. We will track down your order or reship.

Why does the solution differ from my last order?

We have multiple methods for making our solutions. Batches may vary as we may have used differing solvents. This would result in changes in colour, texture, smell etc. Change in method or solvent has no change in bioavailability of the compound itself.

My solution is cloudy / has flakes - is it ok?

Sometimes, a solution may crystallize or precipitate. This can happen due to temperature changes or inactivity of the product and tends to be more common with products of higher concentration. In the rare occasion that this does happen, it can be solved by running under warm water and shaking vigorously for 5 minutes to re-suspend and re-solve. Of course a hot plate magnetic stirrer can also be used for larger solutions.

What methods of payment are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards and bitcoin for payment. We offer 15% discount on orders paid via bitcoin.

How do I return / exchange items?

If the wrong product has been sent to you, we will offer you an exchange or refund. Returns and exchanges must be sent back in brand new unopened condition and received within the 30 consecutive days of purchase. We cannot and will not accept opened or used goods. Returns and exchanges that have been opened, used or tampered with will be rejected. Goods that require low temperature storage will not be accepted for return as we have no way of knowing they have been properly handled and stored, which could cause the product to degrade and deteriorate. A refund will be issued once the return has been received by us and verified that it is in acceptable condition.
