GHRP-2, is a hexapeptide which is a pure Growth Hormone Secretagogue. It is stronger than its relative GHRP-6 and because it is a synthetic agonist of ghrelin, GHRP-2 does not produce the side effects of hunger to the extent of GHRP-6.
GHRP-2 is considered effective in promoting lean body mass, decreasing body fat, increasing cell repair, improving bone density and promoting better sleeping patterns and REM sleep.
In Vivo:
Studies show that an effective dosage for GHRP2 is 100mcg – 300mcg, 2 x 3 times per day. Studies have also shown that GHRP2 is far more effective at increasing IGF-1 levels when combined with a GHRH like CJC-1295 DAC or MOD GRF 1-29.
