CJC-1295 DAC is a synthetic GHRH analogue. It works by increasing the secretion of a person’s own growth hormone and IGF-1 without having a negative effect of suppression or without increasing prolactin.
By increasing both Growth Hormone and IGF-1 levels, there is a positive effect on protein synthesis which aids in an increase of muscle mass.
Another major positive effect would be its ability to cause lipolysis – the break down of fatty tissue.
It is also considered a possible tool to combat symptoms of aging issues such as reducing wrinkles, hair skin and nail quality, recovery from injuries and increase bone density.

In Vivo:
As CJC-1295 DAC has a half life of around 8 days, it was concluded in studies that dosage of around 1000mcg to 2000mcg twice a week.
